The breakfast was lovely and tasty with a lot of meals to choose from. Had the deluxe room which was airy for the king size bedroom. Near a bus station, the location was excellent and perfect, by the town centre. Plus, the hotel was situated just a pleasant stroll away from an award-winning oceanarium.

Its location was peaceful, close to shops and restaurants, and in a very pleasant area. The staff was excellent and outstandingly friendly and the owner too. We spent 2 nights in well-equipped triple room with comfortable beds slept like a baby.

We didn't want to say goodbye, 100% recommend. The breakfast was savoury and tasty, the staff was nice, the grounds were clean. Ideal and magnificent location close to shops, met the demands. It was also near Corby beach, centre of Liverpool and bus stop and train station.

Down pillows, great bed. Great breakfast each morning, quiet location to a restaurant called Tree House on Coronation road which we would strongly recommend. Real good stay, as always.
